Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. (“Sawdey”), a Federal Government contract services provider specializing in Professional Services and headquartered in Beavercreek, Ohio, was just awarded Vertical On-Ramps onto Pools 1 and 3 of the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Unrestricted Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Sawdey, a leading prime contractor on Pools 1 and 3 of the GSA OASIS Small Business IDIQs, is in the top 1% of the 200+ Small Business awardees on this Federal Government “best-in-class vehicle” since its inception in 2014. Sawdey saw great success over the previous six years with 104 prime task orders and over $500 million in award value on OASIS Small Business. The success on OASIS Small Business helped launch Sawdey from a small business to a “mid-tier” large business, in all categories of their Federal Government service offerings, except for Research and Development (R&D). With such a positive showing on the OASIS Small Business market, Sawdey was able to parlay its success in the Small Business market into these Vertical On-Ramps. The company’s owners, Connie and Jeff Sawdey, are hoping for similar success in the Unrestricted (large business) market.
The GSA OASIS Unrestricted contract vehicles have no contract ceiling and the Federal Government has obligated nearly $14.0 billion over the previous six years; to include more than $6 billion in Pool 1 and nearly $5 billion in Pool 3. Sawdey is only the second company to leap into Pool 3 and the fourth into Pool 1 OASIS Unrestricted. These new large business contracts have Sawdey postured for continued success in the future and allow it to compete on some of the biggest defense and civilian agency professional support opportunities with a select group of other firms. Currently, there are only 48 prime contractors on OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1 and 43 prime contractors on OASIS Pool 3, with Sawdey now joining these elite groups.
