On April 23, 2001, Connie and Jeff Sawdey officially incorporated Sawdey Solution Services after many conversations, determined to provide premiere professional services to government and commercial clients in an inclusive environment that treated all its employees fairly. Five months later that September, Connie quit her job and pursued the business at full speed. Twenty years later and exceeding expectations, we celebrate the many milestones, achievements, and lessons learned that came to fruition between now and then.
