Last Wednesday, Sawdey Solution Services had the privilege of attending the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) dinner meeting at the iconic Washington Arts Club. Representing our team were Janet Harp and Denise Johns, as well as Jennifer Furbush and Jeanelle Tysons, who support our FDA Acquisitions contract.
The highlight of the evening was a compelling presentation by Eric Lofgren from the Senate Armed Services Committee. He shared insights on the critical need to shorten weapon and ship development timelines to maintain a competitive edge and explored how commercial processes could be leveraged to achieve this goal.
Events like these reaffirm the importance of innovation and collaboration in government contracting. Thank you, NCMA – National Contract Management Association, for hosting such an engaging and informative evening!
